Had Mr. Rob Wolff servicing our Heating/AC system today. Found him to be extremely knowledgeable and a great communicator. He noticed several settings that while operational, were not at there optimal selections. He explained them as I was wanting to know as much about my system as I could. He realized that I didn't want to know these details so that I could work on the system myself, but rather to be able to know when my system was not operating properly. Cannot say enough good things about Rob and Woods Comfort Systems.

The filter installation went smoothly once correct parts were secured. Mark Walding was as good as before along with the installation staff of Eddie and Josh, who were very efficient, courteous and quick to explain what they were doing, to my satisfaction. Hope filters reduce dust as anticipated!
